Matthew Lofton — Matthew Lofton is a Winchester, Virginia native whose interest in photography began in his childhood when he would play around with his mother's camera. That same childhood curiosity turned into a reality when, within the last 5 years, he picked up a camera and started to dedicate more time and energy to the craft. Since then, it is rare to find Matthew without his camera as he takes it everywhere to capture the world around him and share daily photos recreating what he sees with his own eyes. Having never been formally trained in photography, Matthew is largely self-taught though he is constantly participating in the photographic community to push his art further. Not only is he a photographer, but he is also a very accomplished musican playing with the band, Souled Out, and is endorsed by the Maryland Drum Company.

Matthew has worked for or has been published in; The Wincester Star, Eurotuner magazine, TrackDaze HPDE, Winchester Police Department, Shenandoah Memorial Hospital, and numerous local businesses.
